Stephanie was awesome, and was pivotal to our purchase. She was so helpful doing virtual tours and explaining the home buying process to us beginners. She explained so many nuances of the area, and put us in contact with lots of great contractors when needed. She will definitely get my recommendation to future homebuyers to the area.

We worked with Stephanie for our move and had an incredible experience. Given our circumstances, we were unable to visit New Orleans to view homes or to attend important events like inspections and closing, but Stephanie was our advocate and took care of us every step of the way. For all the stress of purchasing a home from out of state, Stephanie took care of us and mitigated the challenges with her experience, care, and vast knowledge of home purchasing in the area. When my husband and I found out we were moving to New Orleans from Eastern NC, I knew we needed a trusted and knowledgeable Realtor to help us in the search for our new home. We had only visited once before on vacation, and that was to do all the touristy things! Stephanie worked with us in our move from Japan. She worked with us and was willing to answer questions and communicate after hours with us. The only issue we ran into was right at closing over a 3 day weekend the final amount had not yet been determined and the payment ended up being due the morning after the holiday, when all the banks were closed and we were half way around the world. It ended up working out but this problem should have been forseen. Had we not had family in town that weekend we would have ended up missing the payment date.
